Department of Defense Research Visit: Dr. Bindu Nair
Dr. Bindu Nair, DoD Director of Basic Research, visited the University of Chicago campus on September 29th to discuss DOD’s strategic funding priorities. The session, hosted by the Office of Research, focused on collaborative funding opportunities of interest to faculty including the $3M Vannevar Bush Faculty Fellowships, the $1.5M Multi-University Research Initiative (MURI) program, and other initiatives.
